Refund policy

At Shop Noir, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at dondonald81@icloud.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
